Our Process

  • 1-2 day kickoff meeting with your team to discuss your specific needs and goals.

  • We collaborate with your team to develop your Mentor Handbook. This document will serve as your mentor’s unifying reference guide to ensure they aren’t unintentionally misleading prospects with dated or off-message advice.

  • We partner with your team to advertise the mentorship opportunity within your veteran or alumni pool. From the responding applicants we work with your team to select and onboard the right mentors. Our team conducts Zoom calls and a background check on each mentor to ensure they understand the policies and procedures associated with the role.

  • Our team handles the purchasing, onboarding, and ongoing oversight of the Calendly and Zoom license seats required for each of the mentors.

  • After we’ve developed your Mentor Handbook, onboarded your mentors, and got everyone up to speed on Calendly, we coordinate with mentors to staff a bookable sign-up calendar.

  • We use Calendly because it is the most flexible and resilient scheduling tool on the market. With Calendly, your common scheduling calendar can be accessed via website embed, email embed, social media link, or QR code. We work with your team to get your live calendar link in all the places you want it.

  • We run continuous backside coordination with the mentor bullpen to ensure the collective scheduling calendar remains staffed to the optimal degree.

  • We aggregate the data from mentor post-call reports to provide your team with a quarterly Program Impact Statement.
